- Kaiser Permanente launched its Total Health initiative in 2014 to promote healthy eating and active living among our members now has begun to bolster that effort by aiming to target our members’ unmet social needs as part of their overall health care. (4/13/16)
- Program called Health Leads helps patients fill basic resource needs such as housing, transportation, food, and education by assigning student volunteers to work as advocates on their behalf. (3/24/16)
